Obama Speaks on this Climate Change in 2013

Obama speaks on energy efficiency and how different countries are building due to climate change. The climate has played a major part in his earlier campaign and has proven it to be accurate and forgoing. I was satisfied to hear the future out comes for the Ozone Layer; it serves as a shield to my future living on planet earth. Nobody wants to wake up and hear that the planet is in danger due to the Ozone Layer. This will only make things worse than they already are. In the meantime, speculations will begin to arise and new answers will have to be drawn, so starting with a helping hand and a strong solid healthy answer will prove the data for the outcomes with the Ozone Layer. Obama provides an answer that is explosive and covers almost all the areas of this occurring climate condition within the Ozone Layer. Just this year I have started to notice changes in the climate and not only are they weird, they change in odd ways and forecasts are colder conditions and rainy days. What we need to do is recycle more and stop cutting our trees down. We need the oxygen that earth provides it's is how we breath. Designing a new device to cutback the cutting down of our trees in our forest will serve as an oxygen generator for the future years to come. Creating a News Plod device that will generate everything that the newspaper informs us of, will save money and our Ozone Layer. Switching to an advanced method using Advanced Technology will drastically change the climate and stop our forests and jungles from being destroyed by tearing down trees for paper and other resources. In turn I suggest we create advanced devices that will take the place of paper and excess building of Companies and Industries that really aren't needed. What we are looking for is an expansion in the climate to where it can recover form earths own resources first before we add technology to this matter. Letting this occur will generate a more effective change and the change will be natural. There's nothing better than Natural Resources, Natural Change and Natural Behavior. Jumping in blind folded will only generate inefficient data on changes and cause a setback on recording useful NI's, Natural Information on earths changes and the climate in 2013.
