The first idea that I would use would be about the best uses for government funding for school systems in United States, this would need a wide range of resources and information to be explained. The second idea that I have on government funding would be grants, loans, and how the government issues these grants and loans to students and associations, this is an area that United Stats really needs to fund the most. The third idea would be how the government funds businesses in United States, nowadays businesses find it hard to get loans for construction or expanding within the business and faces loss of assets and employees due to this specific need for government funding. You can find information on these sources from the internet, where there is wide variety of sources to use. The next area to find information on these ideas would be found in articles and also in the IADT College Database; this has helpful sources to all information used for research. The last area to find information on these ideas would be the local library; this holds a large amount of books and magazines for research. Furthermore, using these areas to find information about these ideas would be helpful, and great for citing where I get them from.

Yes, I feel that I have narrowed my subject enough for 4 to 6 pages. The information will be well documented based on the ideas I used, and clearly explained. The ideas reflect on the subject and also stick to what the topic is about. In turn, the ideas used are easy to research, understand and explain, no matter what length the information will need to be.
