One propaganda that I believe exists in this modern world is that when it rains, the rainbow that comes afterwards has a pot of gold on the other side of it. This propaganda is explained by schools, teachers, parents, and even grandparents. This is how they want people to think, that a rainbow shines down after the rain has gone away. It’s used a s a propaganda because, if you were to follow the rainbow to the other side there wouldn’t be a pot of gold, and when it rains gold does not pop up because a rainbow has occurred, this is because the rain has caused some type of light or shade of colors to form that make a rainbow, but no gold is at the end of it. St. Patrick’s Day, is one of the best examples to use, they always say a leprechaun comes and grants you three wishes or asks you to find a pot of gold he has stashed. It’s no harm in looking for it, but it is a propaganda that it used to keep the holiday spirit alive, like with the rain receding and the rainbow appearing. This will make the children happy and want to find the rainbow that has the gold at the end. It is superstition, and magical wonders that they use, it’s misleading and not real. This is how the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is used for propaganda.
