Some systems analysts find it better to start with a decision table, then construct a decision tree. Others believe it is easier to do it in the reverse order. Which would you prefer? Why?
I would prefer to use the Decision Table and then the Decision Tree next, because the table would help to organize all the categories, attributes, needs, and do and don'ts that will be needed for a analysis to be completed. I would then make the decision tree in order to show the different consequences in the event of outcomes that would possibly happen. Also I would use the tree to get a good view of the resources and cost utilities associated with my business, and come up with a strategy to plan that will help me to reach my goal with Sharpe's Tech Express.
