Three tier Architecture is known as a server architecture for a client that is developed on different platforms for the functional process logic, computer storage for data, user interface, and access for data is made and maintained in modules that are independent and are on platforms that are different from each other.

Three Tier Architecture consists of three layer and the layers are as follows.

Presentation tier, this is on the top part of the layer. This shows the information that the website has to offer. The communication with other tiers is done by; this tier sending any final results over to the browser and then other tiers in the network get to handle the information.

Application tier, this would be known as the tier in the middle, the logic tier. This comes from the tier of presentation, and maintains the applications functional processes by doing processing that is very detailed.

Data tier, this is where the database servers are housed, and all the information is retrieved and stored. The data is stored independently from the business logic, or application servers.

The website that I found that uses Three Tier Architecture is Squarespace.

In order to query square space all you need to do is pen their website, and choose the templates and other features that they have to offer, this is the presentation tier. This tier offers all that have and more and also other add-ons that you may want to get for your website. The website is queried by category of website and the type of layout that you want, along with the features that you will need for your website by selection.

Shopifly uses API and MySQL dataset to store information, this type of database is used by millions of websites worldwide, and is the best solution for a website that offers building of websites and integration to sell items, that is what the API key is for, the transfer of information from the website to their database for purchases and information on the price pf purchases.

The interface is digital, it shows different application that can be used to integrate changes to your website like carts, items for purchase, email, media, marketing and more. The application has a wide variety of items and integrations to choose from, each application provides coupons, shipping options, three ways to charge customers, shows the shopping details for the customers to the products that they will purchase before they buy them, you can also configure the sales and taxes, you can email automatically with their automatic email confirmation system, and all this is done automatically. Therefore, you will have everything done for you with their interface, all you need to do is choose. The three tier system that Shopifly uses is automatic, and also very easy to use.
