Organizing information is important in the process of writing because it helps to set the chronological order of things, that spatial order and always, you can categorize what you write by doing this. It helps to organize the description examples and illustrations. With order, things that we write wouldn’t have an order for the process of how you write, like from the beginning to the end. Having order will keep your writing effective, understandable, and you will be able to classify what you write. Writing needs order from the beginning, middle, to the end; it needs tiles, parts, sections and also explanation. This is all needed in order for what we write to be written in order enough for it to be understood by its audience. Like for example, if we needed to write a book about installing Windows 7, you will need to first tell the audience of the very first process that is needed in a chronological order, if not then they would not do the right thing. The first thing is to back up the hard drive, and also check to see if you meet the requirements of the software. If not then you need to upgrade until the requirements are met. Next you will back up the computer, and next you will start the installation of windows and so forth and so on. Pictures are needed with illustrations to show what the different screen will look like and the numbered steps for each process. This is what the order is needed for.
