The three exchange recipient objects that I have chosen are as follows:

Group object, which is mail enabled and contains the users for the exchange server, along with Inetorgperson objects, the public folders, contacts, and some other groups that must be established.

Advantages

It has an easy way to make membership for a dynamic group for all recipients in exchange except LDAP query.

You can make different queries, but it might limit the group membership to users who are in the department of accounting.

Disadvantages

When you create a group that is dynamic, you have a number of attributes that are small that you can run queries with.

The attributes are either static or another version like proline.

You are limited to attributes that are custom from 1 - 15

Query based distribution groups, which are also mail enabled and deal with the distribution groups that are the same to the distribution that is standard group based. This has an exception to the ones that use LDAP query to build group membership dynamically. When a message is sent the query is started in the distribution group. When a query is made for a distribution group, you must choose the queries criteria that you need.

Advantages

You can dynamically be created by all the recipients in exchange that are in the active directory.

You can save time creating groups.

If properties are up to date and are accurate, the more that they are, the less labor is needed for the static counterparts.

Disadvantages

Every time a message email is sent to the (QBD) group, the LDAP must be set to know the groups memberships.

You need to edit the registry in exchange 200 servers, in order to have performance that is reliable with the server.

Public folders object, this is based on the repositories that are the public folders that are for the messages and any other files that are accesses by users on the network.

Advantages

The folders are made for shared access and have an easy way to collect, share or organize information from others who are in your workgroup or the organization effectively.

The can organize your content in hierarchy that is very deep and browsing is very easy to do.

The hierarchy can be seen by all the users in outlook, and makes it easy for them to search and browse the content that they need.

They can be used to archive distribution groups.

Disadvantages

With the archiving of data, sometimes users who have a mailbox limit use the folders that are public, instead of the mailbox storing the data or archiving it for them. This causes problems with the storage in the folders that are public and affects the main concern for the mailbox limits.

With the collaboration and sharing of documents, the public folders do not have any provisioning, or management features for the managing of the documents like check out and check in functionality, and also content changes aren’t notified automatically.

Then one that I think has the most risk exposure would be the public folder because it deals with archiving data, and it causes problems with storage. The one that I think would have the least risk exposure would be the query based distribution groups, because it has a way for all the recipients to create a query dynamically, and if it is up to date, then there is less work for you and the recipients to do, also it really has no risk exposers just limited exceptions that are because of implementation.
